The Mechanical Finisher will follow WPI (Work Process Instructions) to build highly configurable, complex electronic assemblies.

Read and follow bills of Materials (BOM)

Follow engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

Verify manufactured product meets established standards and/or customer order requirements (proper attention to detail)

Troubleshoot common test failures at point of failure

Requisition parts for assembly

Recognize and communicate to supervisor any build difficulties and/or product faults in a clear, concise and timely manner

Prep subassemblies for subsequent final assembly

Work at a fast pace while maintaining product quality

Perform proper material scans to maintain inventory accuracy

Uses power and manual hand tools

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED
