DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Summary
With broad supervision, achieves staffing goals by recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles.

Essential Duties
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills.
Coordinates, writes, and posts job openings on internal and external recruitment platforms.
Sources candidates, reviews applications, pre-screens applicants for qualifications and salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position. Refers qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Works with hiring managers on employment offers and closes candidates on offer terms, initiating the onboarding process for new employees.
Communicates with candidates who were not selected for the position.
Participates in skill development and team-building programs; collaborates with Lead Recruiters to create structured educational exercises and seizes unstructured coaching opportunities.
Provides backup support for university, military, and diversity outreach initiatives.
Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates as needed.
Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Experience
5 – 10 years of related experience.

Education
Bachelors degree Required

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000 annually. This is dependent on the candidates individual experience and skillset.
