JLE Industries is an asset-based Transportation and Logistics management company specializing in flatbed transportation solutions across the USA.
We are currently hiring Driver Managers for the Network.

Driver Manager Responsibilities:

– Support- communication lead for our Best-in-Class Driver Culture
– Retention support
– Logistics – managing the pick-up and delivery functions.
– Development and flow of information between all departments concerning delivery-related issues.
– Monitors and maintains a high level of accuracy in data entry and control of information input.
– Ensure Driver success through team building and effective communication.
– Assist and coach Drivers on time management.
– Communication support for Compliant and Safe equipment and asset utilization

Driver Manager Requirements

– TMW, McLeod, or prior experience with similar operating software/hardware
– Capable of dealing effectively at all levels of the customers organization
– P&L experience a plus!
– Excellent listening skills and ability to relate to numerous personality types.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
