Business Services and Project Manager

This role focuses on developing and managing industry-focused initiatives that align with employers evolving needs while serving as the liaison between businesses and the regions public workforce development system.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and support sector partnerships and business-led initiatives.
– Develop and manage strategic projects and industry programs including Registered Apprenticeships and Pre Apprenticeships. 
– Build strong relationships with regional companies to identify opportunities and challenges.
– Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to develop effective workforce action plans.
– Support the PA CareerLink® Business Service Teams in delivering high-quality business services.
– Assist with grant applications, policy development, and reporting for industry projects.

Qualifications:

– Bachelors Degree in planning, business management, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in business development and creating strategic industry partnerships.
