As a Mechanical Engineer for our Project Support group, you will play a critical role in concept, quote, plan, and design of automation tooling system projects from concept through site installation.

 

What You’ll Do:

Lead the conception and quotation phase of projects, including pricing and project planning.

Complete mechanical designs of automated tooling systems.

Generate mechanical drawings to meet project requirements.

Select commercial components and create Bill of Material.

Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.

Point of contact for our customers on assigned projects.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Understanding of engineering machine design principles and ability to apply them effectively.

Proficient in using SolidWorks CAD is required.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel, and Word.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally.  (Travel up to 10%)

Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export regulations.

 

Bonus Skills:

Experience in the design of custom automation machines with integrated precision tooling.

Experience with high precision, progressive carbide stamping dies.

Knowledge of MS Project software.
