Responsibilities

 

The People Analytics Strategist is a pivotal role within our HR department, dedicated to leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance workforce performance. This role is crucial in analyzing employee data to inform talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Data Integration and Analysis:
Integrate data from multiple HR systems to create a comprehensive view of employee information.
Design and deliver regular reports and dashboards to monitor key people metrics.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify critical human capital opportunities and assess the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends. Predictive Data Modeling:
Develop predictive models to forecast trends in key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.
Utilize statistical tools to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to front-line leaders and executives. Compelling Data Stories:
Communicate complex data findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create visualizations using tools like Power BI to effectively convey insights. Education and Collaboration:
Assist HR partners in crafting data-driven stories to influence decision-making.
Educate stakeholders on the value of data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field e.g., Statistics, HR, Business. 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
4 years of experience with HR systems and data management.
Proficiency in statistical concepts, and data visualization tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Power BI Experience
Dayforce Reporting & Analytics Experience
