Caregiver (3rd Shift) Full-Time

As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing attentive and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

– Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
– Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring safety at all times.
– Monitor and report changes in residents health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel or supervisors.
– Foster a supportive and engaging environment by interacting with residents, providing companionship, and encouraging participation in social activities.
– Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents, including light housekeeping duties and laundry.
– Follow established care plans and protocols tailored to each residents specific needs.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
