Safety & Security Program Manager

Key Accountabilities
Proactively develops and leads the safety program for Bryce Corporation, Cyber Graphics, and ETS.
Manages Bryce Corporation and Cyber Graphics security programs and team members.
Evaluates the performance of safety/security programs, implementing procedural improvements when necessary.
Identifies, develops and schedules required safety training. Audits training sessions to ensure effectiveness and maintains records.
Conducts accident investigations and prepares internal/external reports, maintains related files and records. Recommends corrective actions and leads the Memphis Safety Committees.
Conducts or coordinates safety audits and plant inspections on work areas, machinery, materials storage, etc.
Schedules, coordinates, and leads all safety compliance programs. Ensures compliance with internal safety policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Manages the worker’s compensation programs for Bryce Corporation, Cyber Graphics, and ETS.
Uses internally provided data to direct resource allocations that maximize organizational safety and security.
Provides HR and Environmental support where needed.
Performs other related work as required.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED
5 years of experience in safety and security management

Effective in completion of multi-faceted projects in conjunction with daily activities.
Ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Resourceful and well organized.
