### Position Summary
Assistant professors in Hospitality Financial Management are expected to develop and teach courses in Hospitality Finance, Hospitality Real Estate Investment Finance,
Hospitality Accounting, and related courses to both undergraduate and graduate students.
Assistant professors are expected to conduct original research in their area of
interest in hospitality finance and actively publish in hospitality and mainstream journals.
Assistant Professors will also participate in professional and university service activities.
All faculty members are expected to develop industry connections and to continuously update their expertise through industry support and scholarly activities.

Doctorate -Finance
### Minimum Requirements
Candidates for the Assistant Professor position should have a conferred doctoral degree in relevant fields by June 1st, 2024. Evidence of effective teaching and potential for high quality research required. Candidates should be able to teach courses in related subject areas.
### Desired Qualifications
Experience working with Federal or Industry-sponsored grants, international exposure, and work experience in the hospitality industry are highly desired.
