RESPIRATORY CARE INTERN I

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Students beginning their Respiratory Therapy
education program in the fall semester are encouraged to apply for this

US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON –
SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 4 Job Summary: Performs basic duties to
support the Respiratory Care Staff in accordance with the hospitals
objectives, policies and procedures. The individual will have a mentor
identified for resource and support. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Experience working in a patient care setting
(hospital, nursing home) is preferred. Inventory/stocking experience is
preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Current enrollment in an accredited
Respiratory Therapy Education Program is required. Student will remain
in good standing. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Equipment processing and cleaning training.SPECIAL
SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Organization/Time management. Good communication
skills.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic
Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved
