This position involves working in the Underwriting department of a major auto insurance division. This newly created role supports the underwriting team by handling high volume policy requests. Responsibilities include addressing moderate to complex policy and billing inquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring efficient and professional service. The role includes resolving service concerns, documenting customer requests, and making policy changes. Service interactions may include inbound/outbound calls, correspondence, and call transfers.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

100% remote anywhere in EST or MST. This is a 6-month open-ended contract with the possibility for extension but not conversion. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Training will be provided for 2 weeks, with a focus on quickly integrating new hires. Expect to handle 50-75 calls per day, mostly inbound.
