Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for a 13-week assignment, working 36 hours per week. The role requires flexibility to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) and 4 weekend shifts per month (Friday/Saturday). Please note that block or special scheduling cannot be accommodated unless approved at the time of booking, and any requested time off must be included with submission.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience required; will consider 3 years if previously worked at a comparable facility in Labor & Delivery with a similar number of births (6300) and a Level III NICU.
- Scrub experience required.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required.
- AWHONN Intermediate fetal monitor course certification and certifications in Inpatient Obstetrics strongly preferred.
- Patient Mix/Skill Requirements: L&D, Triage, L&D OR (Circulate C-Sections, terminations for fetal anomalies), L&D Recovery Room, Antepartum.
- Must have circulating and PACU experience in the L&D area.
- Patient Ratio: 1:1-2 for Labor, 1:3-4 for Antepartum/triage, 1:4-5 for PP Holds.
- Experienced travelers preferred.
Additional Information
Call or extra shifts would be voluntary for travelers. The charting system used is EPIC and Centricity. Scrub color is hospital provided.
