Administrative Assistant

Location: Corporate Office, Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

Summary:

Kelly Services is seeking an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support office personnel and various departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Take messages and manage calls when personnel are unavailable.

Provide information about the organization to callers.

Visitor Management:

Greet and assist on-site visitors, determining their purpose and announcing them to staff.

Scheduling:

Manage and update appointment calendars for executives and HR.

Assist with scheduling meetings and organizing conference rooms.

HR Support:

Aid in new hire processes and maintain organized electronic personnel files.

Administrative Tasks:

Perform filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.

Process vendor invoices and travel expenses.

Support departments with special projects.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; one year of administrative experience preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HR systems and government contracting is a plus.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Must be able to walk up and down stairs daily and lift up to 20 lbs.
