Who You Are:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Change Management and Field Training to spearhead operational change initiatives across our network of funeral homes nationwide. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative strategies that enhance service delivery, foster collaboration, and ensure our position as industry leaders.
What You’ll Do:
Transformative Program Leadership: Design and implement groundbreaking change management programs aimed at enhancing customer service, optimizing phone interactions, and redesigning processes for maximum efficiency.
Champion Network Development: Create and nurture a network of enthusiastic change champions in the field to promote initiatives and gather real-time feedback, ensuring grassroots involvement in our change processes.
Continuous Improvement Culture: Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback and data analysis, fostering a culture where innovation thrives and recommendations for future enhancements are actively pursued.
Innovative Practice Development: Research and introduce cutting-edge practices and technologies that keep us at the forefront of the funeral service industry, setting new standards for excellence.
Best Practice Sharing: Actively disseminate operational best practices across all regions, creating a collaborative environment where knowledge and experiences are shared for collective growth.
Impactful Change Tracking: Monitor the rollout of change initiatives with a focus on ensuring adoption, consistent execution, and measurable financial and operational improvements.
Leadership Communication: Provide insightful updates to senior leadership on change initiatives, highlighting successes, identifying challenges, and recommending strategic adjustments.

What You Bring:
Licensed Funeral Director with substantial experience managing or leading operations at a funeral home.
Willingness to travel frequently to funeral homes across the country.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and empathize with colleagues and families.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to lead and drive change initiatives in a professional setting.
Positive, inquisitive, team-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
