Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description
Partner with Business Operations leaders to support invoicing activities, project creation in SAP, and Purchase Order/Requisition issuances and good receipts. Support the business’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Act as a liaison between the Business and Controllership team for new cost center creation, GL accounts creation, Chart of Accounts usage, and accounting guidelines creation. Maintain and govern the Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, and Cost Centers. Collaborate with the Corporate Tax team for proper accounting of tax credits as the business matures. Leverage existing systems to support and implement Limits of Authority for the Hydrogen business. Administer and oversee the annual budget and analyze actual results. Assist with preparing and reviewing month-end reporting packages and analyses for both external and internal customers. Prepare and review journal entries, including payroll allocations, accruals, prepaids, reclasses, recurring entries, and ad-hoc requests. Assist with requests from the Parent Company, external auditors, and management. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Serve as a Project Manager for special projects, including preparing timelines, project plans, work level efforts, status updates, and organizing meetings with key stakeholders. Support new business structuring in SAP, acting as a liaison between the business and the SAP implementation team, and work on transitioning financial statements post-implementation. Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP.
