Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport is seeking to add a proven Sales leader to its existing sales team.

This dynamic role is being currently being offered as REMOTE / ON-PROPERTY / or HYBRID, with strongest consideration given to:

A candidate within Central Time zone (CST) to align with our hotel business needs

A candidate with previous or existing full-service Hyatt Sales Manager experience

The ideal candidate is a top producer in their current hotel sales role, is highly motivated by uncapped quarterly

bonus potential and has deep seeded relationships with existing clientele base. Candidate should also be able to demonstrate their skillsets in new business development success, prospecting initiatives, and utilization of key industry tools.

The role will be tasked with booking mid to large sized meetings, with peak night thresholds above 41 rooms peak contracted.

The position offered will be a leadership and selling role, with heavy emphasis on proactive business development and converting new business opportunities.

Qualifications – External

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge

Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
