Outbound Call Center Representative – 100% Remote

IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER JOB OPPORTUNITY – 100% REMOTE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS IN NORTH AMERICA

FULL TIME MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE (EASTERN TIME)

$22/HR

THIS POSITION IS A 4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB OPPORTUNITY

Qualifications:

2 years of call center experience

Experience handling high volume outbound phone calls

Experience using CRM systems

Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Manage high volume outbound phone calls to customers

Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery status

Update customers regarding delivery delay or cancellation

Speak with customers regarding changes in delivery schedules to to holidays

Update CRM system regarding customer order information
