Work Youll Do

Lead and manage the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their financial planning and analysis needs.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system configurations and processes.

Provide expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning functionalities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Conduct system testing, user training, and support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

Stay current with Workday Adaptive Planning updates and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning.

Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including system configuration, data integration, and process optimization.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Workday Adaptive Planning certification.

Experience with other financial planning and analysis tools.
