Sr. NetSuite Administrator

Job Description

The Senior NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite ERP platform and associated Finance Business Systems. This role is a subject matter expert for best system accounting practices, IT General controls, and process

improvement automation. Reporting to the Manager of Business Systems, the Senior NetSuite Administrator collaborates closely with the Procurement, AP, Treasury, AR, and accounting departments to ensure best practices of system configuration and provide subject matter expertise for business processes.

This will be onsite 2-3 days a week in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Rate: $140k-$150k

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree or higher in computer Science, information technology, accounting, finance or a related field.

6 years of progressive experience with as a Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and financial systems tools

NetSuite Administrator certifications

Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within Netsuite

Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access, content groups, multiple charts of

accounts, dynamic approval chains, custom objects, tax codes, tolerances, custom workflows, supplier configuration, and report building

Experience working in SOC, ISO, and SOX compliant environments

Experience in designing, modifying, and creating business processes that will be used to

implement technology solutions and roadmaps null
