Estimator Project Manager

Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, review plans and specifications and create project schedules. Understand scope and codes. Conduct post project cost analysis. Communicate with personnel and sub-contractors. Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling construction work. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
