This person will become part of GEA’s broader IAM architects, engineers, and developers. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert for GEA’s Saviynt IGA implementation.
Define requirements for and/or develop automated monitoring and alerting solutions to drive performance and availability.
Perform comprehensive operational health checks of the entire services to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture.
Develop availability measures that align with consumer experience to accurately assess the usability of crucial services.
Define requirements for and/or develop automated monitoring solutions to identify potential problems before they impact our customers.
Create new metrics and/or use existing metrics to identify incident trends or recurring problems that need root cause analysis.
Investigate root cause of outages, identify corrective actions and apply across the enterprise.
Use data to quantify defects and other problems to help prioritize getting them fixed.
Develop and implement solutions for defects and when appropriate collaborate with IDM DevOps or product engineering team on solutions.
Assess planned production changes to understand their impact and develop mitigation plans.
Communicate changes, problems, and other items of interest to customers and stakeholders.
Provide audit log data and process information in response to audit requestsInvestigate and develop new best practices and methodologies.
Lead operations delivery from GEA’s 3rd party service provider(s).
Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum 5 years of IT experience in IT operations, DevOps, or development

Desired Characteristics:
Hands-on technical experience with identity management services and delivering these services on a large scale.
Demonstrated experience with Identity Management solutions like Saviynt, Sailpoint, SPML, Directories, Java, JSP, HTML, J2EE, SOAP, XML, MFA, Oracle Identity Manager, Centrify, CA Identity Suite, IBM Security Identity Governance and IBM Security Identity Manager
Experience with common scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby)
Experience writing SQL to read/write from databases and creating filters to read for LDAP directories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – communicates in a clear and succinct manner, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
Continuous learner passionate about understanding how things work and motivated to find out why when they do not.
Availability to respond to on-call escalations for urgent issues.
Willing to work well within a small team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in working in an agile environment.
Note:
The base pay range for this position is $110,700 – $157,600 USD . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on or before 10/25/2024.
