We are seeking an innovative and motivated professional to join our collaborative Marketing team that uses data & insights to inform strategic & targeted marketing campaigns. In this role, youll support the administration & maintenance of marketing data, audiences, and campaign lists that enable the execution of targeted, effective programs. Oversee and participate in the collection, management, and dissemination of internal & external data to support Marketing campaign & database initiatives. Extract and combine data from disparate data sources. Create, manage, and audit audience lists and segments for email, direct mail, call, event, and advertising campaigns. Gather requirements and selection criteria, and where appropriate make recommendations on targeted audience segments. Ensure all campaign lists are compliant with the applicable marketing preferences & restrictions of each distribution partner. Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team on CRM campaign set up & management. Develop expertise in our Marketing data and systems. Maintain detailed documentation for all processes, including management of a marketing data dictionary. Strong understanding of data governance to ensure best practices are followed relating to business intelligence deployment, delivery, and security.
