Are you an experienced auto body mechanic or have a desire to learn the trade? If so, this position is for you!A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Sander to join their team. As a Sander, you will utilize various hand tools to smooth surfaces for the paint department.

Responsibilities:

– Scrape, Sand or wire brush all surfaces and edges until spatter, sharpness and blemishes are removed.
– Bondoany area not fixed by above procedure.
– Spot welds holes,smoothsscratches and lifts dents.
– Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

– High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous auto body schooling or experience preferred.
– Desire to learn and have great attention to detail.
– Ability to stand, walk, sit, stop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Use hands to finger, handle or feel.
– Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50lbs.
