Cabinet Sales Manager

Sales Manager- Forever Cabinets division of Kendrick, Inc.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales/designer team and drive growth in our custom cabinet division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales/designer team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Duties
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
– Lead, mentor and motivate the designers/sales team to maximize performance.
– Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
– Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences.
– Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers.
– Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
– Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
– Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
– Organize and participate in shows and networking events.
Education
-Bachelors degree inBusiness, Marketing or related field.
Qualifications
– 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
– Proven experience in business development, technical sales, and account management.
– Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitors andproblem-solvingabilities.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Demonstrated success in managing a sales team.
– Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:Salary, plus ability to earn commission.
