JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Line Lead (12 Hour PM Alternate Schedule)
Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule (2-shifts on, 2-shifts off, 3-shifts on; rotating)
(6:00PM-6:00AM) The Line Lead operates packaging equipment and
coordinates completion of scheduled production on assigned production

for this role begins at $26.29/hour (with the opportunity to earn up to
$30.59/hour) $1.00/hour shift premium. Not to mention our Incentive

earnings annually! How You Will Contribute to our Legacy of Excellence:
Set-up and operate retail shreds horizontal form fill and seal packaging
machines, food service vertical form fill and seal packaging machines,
chunk and bar horizontal overwrap packaging machines and all production
support equipment. Set-up and operate in-line zipper applicators.
(Relates to line operators operating a chunk and bar line, slice line or
shred lines utilizing in-line zipper applications.) Keep track of
in-process and completed production ensuring that orders are properly
filled. Determine the amount of cheese needed to be provided to the line
for order completion. Responsible for correct completion of all
packaging specifications. These include, but are not limited to: cheese
type, shred style, package weight, date coding, film, labels, stickers
and all added ingredients. Responsible for maintaining accurate records
of film and all product ingredient usage. Responsible for maintaining
accurate documentation / data entry of packaging equipment efficiency
and associated production line down-time. Responsible for timely
execution and accurate documentation of all quality control checks,
practices and procedures. Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain
adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required. What

mathematical skills. Effective oral communication skills. Must exhibit
desire to continuously improve product quality. Must exhibit desire to
continuously improve individual operator skills. Ability to work
professionally and in concert with all production and supervisory
personnel. Ability to visually inspect packaging materials and finished
packages to ensure quality standards are being met. Ability to lift and
carry 74 pounds regularly. Ability to read and comprehend safety
warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes.
