The MLT, Med Tech, and MLS will perform, evaluate, and record results on specimens submitted for routine and some non-routine procedures. Recognize and solve problems under pre-set guidelines and supervision. Communicate technical concepts, perform venipunctures, and other duties as assigned. – Collect arterial and venous blood specimens – Perform tests on blood bank, chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, hemostasis, immunology, and microbiology procedure lists. – Analyze quality control materials – Work within Lab information system, laboratory pathnet computer system, etc.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Medical Laboratory 2nd Shift Full Time – Work from 1 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. or 2 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. and will be on an every other weekend rotation. 4 10-hour shifts. 3rd Shift Full Time – Alternating schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur; Week 2 Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat. 4 10-hour days. Typically 8 p.m. – 6 a.m. Varied Shift – Will work 2 2nd shift days per week and 2 3rd shift days per week. 4 10-hour days. Would consider alternative options to fill this work with a part-time candidate or two part-time candidates.
