Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, cameras, assembly lines, laser printers, and inkjet printers. Additionally, you will handle electrical tasks such as PLC troubleshooting (Automation Direct and Control Tech Corp), low voltage circuits, 480v 3-phase, and servo troubleshooting. You will also be involved in machining, assembly, and wiring of parts, and occasionally assist with facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and furniture assembly. Preventative maintenance on the facility is also a key responsibility.

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Janesville, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday (4pm-2am). Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (36 hours – flexible on start times). Expect to work 40-50 hours a week. You will work alongside 2 other technicians on the 2nd shift. Overtime opportunities are available, either before the shift or a half-day on Friday. The shop is climate-controlled and very clean, with 2 facilities next to each other. The Maintenance Manager ensures a clean working environment. Pay: $25-32/hr
