We are seeking a Project Manager as part of the OptumRx Marketing & Customer Operations team. This position has responsibility for the planning, managing and executing of projects associated with OptumRx consumer marketing and communications to ensure flawless delivery and successful results.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast paced, results oriented work environment. Additionally, you must be highly motived, roll up your sleeves, and collaborative partner with a passion towards producing excellence for each and every project.

Primary Responsibilities:
Accountability of the end to end project plan – Oversee marketing and communication projects from start to finish, managing timelines and making sure that all aspects of the project are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget
Partner with internal cross functional teams to foster highly engaged and collaborative partnerships to achieve optimal performance and successful outcomes
Coordinate efforts with partners from across the business to achieve the goal and report out on timeline
Work closely with business unit partners to understand program goals and objectives to develop strategic and suitable project plans to achieve successful implementation and optimal results
Manage competing priorities and timelines across the cross functional project team
Use multiple platforms for organizing, tracking and managing projects. Create, manage, and communicate project timelines leveraging Workfront (PM Software tool)
Schedule and facilitate project status and kickoff meetings
Lead weekly project status meetings on progress and potential risks
Maintain detailed project plan status and associated project plan reporting metrics
Lead and embrace continuous improvement methodologies and drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications:
3 years of project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Solid collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups and functions
Demonstrates strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions and quality results
Ability to effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and priorities
Familiarity with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience
PBM experience
Workfront experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
