Position Summary: The Account Support position is responsible for taking incoming calls and e-mails from clients and is the key person for troubleshooting issues on material shipped. This person will organize and review each job thoroughly and carefully, compare the job to the corresponding packing list. They will provide in-house support for the sales force whenever a customer has a question or requires information, and ensure open lines of communication exist between customers, sales, and operations on all jobs-in-progress. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Learns and understands the customers needs with regard to shipped products. Services the customer by solving problems, gathering and transmitting information and ensuring customers are receiving the highest quality product. Communicates any problems to operations and sales. Keeps accurate records on all jobs and customer contacts, so both company and customer are protected should questions arise later. Sends proper materials to store locations and distribution centers. Performs other duties as requested. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred and/or previous sales experience. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to facilitate communication between customers, Sales, and production while work is in process. Is thorough and detail oriented. Able to exhibit empathy and patience while resolving customer problems. Ability to multitask and modify plans as requirements change. Ability to describe physical objects and job processes over the phone or in writing. Initiates and maintains good organization of records and information. Interested in preventing errors and solving problems. Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions. Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and fractions. Professional telephone and e-mail techniques. Typing and business correspondence skills. Computer knowledge. Knowledge of overall printing/production process. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Occasional walking. Manual dexterity for repetitive work. Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time. Travel: as needed by client. Chemicals: N/A Ability to lift, push, and pull: N/A The national pay range for this role is $17.00 – $22.00/an hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
