Groovy Developer – INT India

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a mid-level Groovy Developer to join a mid-sized client in the education sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Groovy scripts. You will conduct impact analyses for new requirements on existing systems and processes, troubleshoot and resolve script-related issues, and document technical specifications while keeping all development documentation up to date. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.

Skills and Requirements

– 3-5 years of experience with Groovy scripting

– In-depth knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.

– Proficiency with ETL and reporting tools.

– Experience using version control systems, particularly Git.

– Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a distributed team – Strong proficiency in Java or other scripting languages.

– Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications null
