You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

Execute the strategy for the customer

Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

More about this role

Education / Certifications: Bachelors degree in business or related field required, Masters degree preferred.

Job specific requirements:

7 yrs of progressive experience in CPG sales and business development, including in a people manager/leadership role.

Understanding of product commercialization processes.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer specific data i.e. Syndicated, POL and Consumer Research to drive business results.

Self-starter with high learning agility and the ability to successfully work through ambiguity.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and tactical execution experience.

Customer focus and attention to detail.

Experience with customer trade negotiations.

Understanding and driving action through the use of a customer P&L

Previous experience with Direct Store Delivery/RTM model a plus

Travel requirements: Minimal travel required (~10%)

Work schedule: This is a full-time position where you will work from our Minneapolis, MN office 3 days per week and the other 2 days remote.

Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
