M Health Fairview has an immediate opening for an LPN to join our team at the Bloomington Oxboro Dermatology Clinic located in Bloomington, MN. Join M Health Fairview, the largest healthcare system in the state! The M Health Fairview Bloomington Oxboro Dermatology Clinic is a growing and collaborative clinic. Our clinic is currently undergoing a $1.5M clinic expansion and remodel, expanding from 3 rooms to 17 rooms! Our clinic is open Monday – Friday 7AM – 5PM, so no evenings, weekends, or holidays! This provides an excellent work life balance!
This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two week pay period), benefits-eligible opening.
The schedule for this opening wall range from 07:00AM and 5PM Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities Job Description
The LPN performs delegated nursing and medical functions of data collection and delivery of care to an assigned group of patients, or individualized patient. The LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse, or physician/authorized practitioner and in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. The LPN is responsible for adhering to all policies, procedures, and nursing practice guidelines.
Involves the patient, family, and other health team members in gathering relevant data.
Documents data collected in the medical record.
Delivers care as delegated by the RN or physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patient population, or individual patient
Follows the patient’s plan of care.
Prioritizes work based on patient acuity, available resources, and patient/family preferences, in collaboration with the RN or physician/authorized practitioner.
Performs high and low risk technical procedures, including medications, defined by the clinical setting.
Communicates effectively with other members of the health care team.
Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
Qualifications
Required
Vocational/Technical Training or Associates Degree
One year previous healthcare and/or customer service experience
Current Minnesota LPN License
Current BLS certification
Preferred
One to three years of previous LPN experience
Previous ambulatory care experience

Ability to adapt to change and engage in ongoing process improvement
