Location: Plymouth, MN Pay: $20 – $27/hr., Depending on qualifications Hours: 6:50 am 3 pm, Monday Friday Why join us? Benefits include: Comprehensive health coverage Vision and dental insurance Life insurance Critical illness and disability coverage FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Accident insurance A welcoming, supportive team atmosphere What you ll do as a CNC operator: Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines Handle drilling, grinding, milling, and other machining tasks Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to execute jobs accurately Prepare and load materials into the machines Run test operations to ensure machine accuracy Inspect finished products to meet quality standards Follow work orders and ensure on-time production What we re looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Previous CNC operator experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
