Up to $25.20 DOE (Depending on experience, including differentials)

Weekend shift: Fri-Sun 5:am-5:30pm (work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours), 12% Differential on Weekends

Job Summary:

Prepares composite aircraft parts with high quality and strong attention to detail. A successful Entry Exterior Finisher will learn the skills of finishing the exterior surfaces per our production process. Cirrus Exterior Finishers will be trained in various finishing techniques. Job duties can include sanding preparation and finishing of various aircraft surfaces such as; composite preparation, surface filler preparation and shaping, light primer application, buffing and detail, adding vinyl striping, laying and smoothing sealants, etc. Please detail any and all mechanical related experience on your application and/or resume including experience related to detailing, sanding, body working and painting on aircraft, automobiles, or watercraft.

Qualifications:

An Exterior Finisher will have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear a respirator and protective equipment as required, work in a fast paced team environment, be dependable, have a passion for learning and possess attention to detail. Familiarization with body/paint/finishing hand tools and a mechanical experienced background is a plus and should be listed on your application and/or resume.

All manufacturing employees must have a basic ability to use a computer to access/use Cirrus Aircraft electronic data & software.

Manual Dexterity: You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces.

All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Cirrus University basic production training course and demonstrate proficiency in the skills required for manufacturing.

Education :

High School Diploma or GED required; one to twelve months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
