Job Title: Mechanic

Job Description

Duties include frame straightening, alignments, suspension repair, brake repair, frame work & repair, trailer straightening, installing, fabricating, and repairing truck accessories, including tippers, flatbeds, hook lifts and plows. Work independently and as a team in the paint department doing various work on heavy trucks. Will perform welding, body work/repair and panel replacements, prepping for paint, masking, sanding, patching, other duties as assigned. Perform electrical wiring, welding, grinding. Working with hand and power tools to fabricate product. Working on hydraulics. Mechanic work.

Work Environment

A large job shop with multiple buildings/garages. Each mechanic has its own bay. Loud at times and can be warm during the summer. Overhead doors are opened for air flow.
