Cook – 11am – 7:30pm with rotation of Weekends and Holidays

Job Description

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events. Responsible for preparing meals for 30-32 patients/beds daily. Duties include preparing room service orders and pre-packaged meals for the cafeteria.

Work Environment

Kitchen environment with initial supervision by a lead for the first 3-5 shifts before working independently.
