Applicants must have strong writing and reviewing skills and be detail oriented, must be able to perform under pressure using logical and critical thinking skills, and must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Some travel may be required for court dates, client meetings, or training events. The firm’s practice areas include business & corporate law, land and business transactions, business formation, estate planning, family law, and civil matters.
