NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Senior Manager – Locomotive Reliability, Illinois Central Railroad Company, Homewood, IL. Create and monitor overall locomotive fleet strategy for numerous locomotives based on data analysis and performance. Design planned maintenance actions to address issues during unscheduled and scheduled events. Lead continuous fleet performance improvement and management including fleet heath systems and components, fleet long-term Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expense (OPEX). Collaborate with the Maintenance Program team, Planning team, Vendor Management, Shop Operations, Procurement and Supply Management (P&SM), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to improve fleet performance. Assist the leadership team in monitoring quality and failures initiatives.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Salary: $161,013/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

● Locomotive models such as ES44AC or ET44AC;

● Railroad footprint, major corridors, and overall volume;

● Data mining and trend analysis; and

● Tableau, Power BI, SAP and Mini Tab, and KPI Dashboards.

Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week.
