What You Will Do
As a key member of the Total Rewards team and ambassador of the Panduit
brand, you will manage the North American benefits and mobility
programs, with the goal of sustaining our Employer of Choice status.
Your responsibilities will include oversight of benefits plans focusing
on design, cost, affordability, competitiveness, and compliance. You
will ensure that the Panduit benefits programs are managed efficiently
while collaborating with brokers, vendors, and stakeholders to implement
well-structured plans that attract, motivate, engage, and retain our
highly qualified and critical talent. You will ensure effective employee
communications, seamless change management, and continuous improvement.
To achieve these objectives, you will coach and lead the benefits team,
analyze and benchmark data, and recommend and execute program
improvements.
– Design, implement, and manage health, welfare, retirement,
well-being, and mobility programs
– Collaborate with brokers, vendors, stakeholders, and HR for
cost-effective benefits
– Analyze and report on benefits programs, recommending improvements
– Manage the North American benefits budget
– Ensure compliance with plan documents and regulations
– Lead and manage brokerage and vendor relationships
– Oversee mobility programs, including immigration and relocation
– Coach and develop direct reports, ensuring alignment with business
needs
– Optimize technology for improved communication and streamlined
processes
– Create benefits and well-being communication tools adaptable for
applications globally
– Support special projects across Total Rewards and HR
What You Will Bring
– Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent
experience
– 7 years managing a team and benefits plans
– Superior knowledge of benefits compliance (multi-state USA & Canada
required)
– Working knowledge of mobility (i.e., relocation, short- and
long-term assignment, etc.)
– Experience with online benefits enrollment platforms and proficiency
with HRMS systems (Workday preferred). Superior skills in MS Office.
– Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and project
management skills
– Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work on key initiatives
simultaneously
– Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with
the ability to create engaging communications
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS preferred
– Travel to local Panduit locations as needed (less than 5%)

– The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 –
$140,000 a variable incentive. Please note the salary information

candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and
business considerations.
