Job Title: Welder

Location: Pontiac

Pay Range: 20.00/hour – (1st shift – 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)

What’s the Job?

Welding & weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings

Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools

Conduct welding equipment maintenance

Process and complete inspection, certification and documentation

Semi and automatic and manual MIG welding of frames, fixtures, beams, end plates, and other misc. metal/steel parts

What’s Needed?

Able to pass the companys weld test

Demonstrated proficiency in assigned welding techniques

Understanding and interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirements and blueprints

Proficiency using conventional and precision measuring instruments

Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters
