Essential Functions
As a business partner, manage the project rhythm to ensure delivery of objectives and results for projects, implementations, and capital expenditures.
Pivotal in driving alignment across the company, requiring influence, initiative, and creativity.
Develop, research, and drive projects and events to lead SMEs to complete assignments on time and on budget providing organizational change management.
Communication is critical to success in this position providing the vision and developing communications.
Strengthen the coordination, communication and collaboration between operations, sales, distribution, and support departments to achieve project results.
Lead projects that support plans to meet the companys 5-year strategic plan, PandL goals, and growth.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining control and perspective of each.
Excellent motivation and communication skills required.
Direct organizational change management throughout the organization when needed.
Experience
Prior experience leading teams in a fast paced, results driven environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Minimum five to eight years project management experience including working across multiple departments demonstrating motivational skills.
Track-record of delivering results on time and on budget.
Demonstrable business fundamentals including revenue growth, expense control, and team building.
Solid foundation of servant leadership and organizational skills.
Disciplined approach to planning, forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.
Education
Four-year college degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field required. MBA preferred. PMP certification or near-term certification required.
Travel
Travel required to Madix operations, vendors, and customer sites estimated at 10% to 20%.
