Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and business savvy Business Development Representative to join a customers team. This role is crucial in driving our growth in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a thick skin, a strong belief in our premium product, and the ability to create and implement effective sales processes.

The customer is a premium wholesale county, state, and national criminal record search company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

-Develop and implement a comprehensive sales process to drive growth.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

-Work closely with the existing Business Development team member, who will transition to a Customer Success role.

-Utilize and receive training on various proprietary systems to enhance sales efforts.

– Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
