Needed criteria:
1. Hard working
2. Cooperative
3. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.
We do work both in the utility and federal sector. At times we must access DOD facilities so please keep this in mind as they require Background checks to be ran.

5. Willing to travel anywhere in the continental US.
6. Willing to be on the road for prolonged periods of time, away from family and friends. Sometimes 2-3 weeks at a time.
7. Any level of education will be challenged. Whether you didnt graduate grade school or you have a PHD you will be challenged.

You will be paid overtime upon mobilizing and then double time after first 40. Great money but extremely hard on the body.
11. Must be capable of managing emotions. This is a high stress fast-paced industry. You have to be able to hold it together with a client who may be being unprofessional, and you must maintain your cool. To be clear we do not tolerate disrespect on any level, but that is for our Management to handle, not the employee. You must be able to take it with a smile and let Management know so we can straighten it out.
12. Responsible and considerate. Thats towards yourself, peers, bosses, equipment, tools, clients, everyone, etc.
13. Understanding of a chain of command. We need folks that can think for themselves but are able to also do what they are told in the time. We must be productive to make money. So we need folks to listen and move quickly when told what to do by experienced individuals. If you have a question, concern, or want to learn, that is great, just wait till the work is done and when the foreman has time talk it through.
