The role

Wallbox North America is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as the People and talent Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and the ability to implement HR strategies in alignment with the overall organizational goals. You will support HR functions and initiatives across North America while ensuring they align with global objectives.

As a People & Talent Manager North America, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

Align with Global HR Strategy: Implement and communicate People & Talent strategies that align with the global HR strategy and support the North America business plan, ensuring local execution.

Advise Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to North America’s leadership team, guiding HR initiatives and best practices that drive business success and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Development & Acquisition: Manage talent acquisition, compliance, total rewards, and employee development. Oversee the efficient execution of these programs to meet business needs.

Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Recommend policy updates and adjustments to maintain best practices and compliance.

Program Implementation: Support the implementation of P&T programs including learning and development, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement across North America, in alignment with global strategies.

HR Metrics & Improvement: Develop and monitor HR metrics to evaluate People & Talent programs success, using quantitative and qualitative data to drive continuous improvements.

Workforce & Resource Planning: Assist in workforce and budget planning, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet organizational objectives.

Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate leadership onboarding and support the integration of new hires to ensure smooth transitions and high engagement.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar

5-10 years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar with strong experience managing people

High level of up to date industry knowledge regarding core HR disciplines, including Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Change Management, Performance Management, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards and Compensation

High level of knowledge around US Employment Law

Proven experience as a trusted advisor, meeting high standards in a high volume, fast-paced, and hands-on environment

Proven ability to influence all levels of the organization through trusting, respectful, and highly communicative relationships

Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive and complex global business issues

Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-performing international environment while ensuring strong attention to detail

Hands on attitude and ability to thrive in a “roll up your sleeves” environment; comfortable working with ambiguity and a changing environment

Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; comfortable with giving and receiving open, constructive feedback in ways that foster trust and respect

High level of proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite tools as well as HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
