## Senior Program Manager

– Manage a set of programs, in partnership with Product and Technology teams
– Set up scalable and reliable ways to measure success as part of every feature launch
– Make connections across the teams that are building solutions, identifying where we have gaps or redundancies; influencing leadership to streamline solutions and define mutually beneficial goals
– Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints
– Define a program vision and prioritize competing opportunities in a dynamic environment

### What does a Program Manager do?

The Program Manager works cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to understand and improve large-scale programs and initiatives. They will be responsible for acting quickly to solve immediate challenges, while also using high judgement to plan program changes that will deliver long term benefits to the program.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive change. They must demonstrate a track record for building and directing cross functional projects with internal stakeholders, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business and team development. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the business.

### Responsibilities

– Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generates interim progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project(s) or program(s)
– Create the strategy for product adoption and ongoing improvements to the product functionality and customer experience
– Lead external partner relations: Manage partner performance and customer experience, set objectives and success criteria, and drive towards operational excellence
– Create the strategy and mechanisms to monitor and report on all Key Performance Indicators in a scalable manner
– Manage a set of programs, in partnership with Product and Technology teams
– Set up scalable and reliable ways to measure success as part of every feature launch
– Make connections across the teams that are building solutions, identifying where we have gaps or redundancies; influencing leadership to streamline solutions and define mutually beneficial goals
– Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints
– Define a program vision and prioritize competing opportunities in a dynamic environment
– Communicate the status of the project(s) or program(s) to senior leadership staff, including C-suite staff

### Requirements

– Bachelors Degree required
– At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; two of which are management level experience
– Experience developing and overseeing road map strategy from scratch
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively w th a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
– Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
– Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English at a business level
– Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
– Ability to serve on task forces and/or committees
– Program planning and implementation skills
– Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
– Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
– Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals
– Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
– Knowledge of contracts and grants preparation and management
– Ability to design and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain, and analyze data
– Ability to identify and secure alternative funding/revenue sources
– Knowledge of management principles and practices
– Skill in developing policy and procedure documentation
– Knowledge of business analysis techniques
