Job Summary
As a Director of Franchise Partnerships, you will play a strategic role for the Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Division, providing both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to guide business decisions. You will possess strong collaboration skills, financial acumen, excellent business intuition, and the ability to provide advice while maintaining fiduciary duties as a finance team member.
This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring the financial health and compliance of franchise operations. Essentially, working closely with the franchise development team to provide insights and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
– Support the long-range planning process and model, mapping key franchise ownerships to operational performance to help the business make strategic choices

– Revenue Management: Model impacts from pricing on latest forecasts across a full PandL and provide insightful analysis which will be presented to senior leadership so as they can make informed decisions.

– Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, and drive improvements.

– Independently align financial and operational analyses with your business partners, challenging business partner assumptions when necessary.

– Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support operational and growth business decisions and action plans.

– Proactively identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes across teams and organizations.

Experience and Education
– Bachelor in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA equivalent, preferred

– 10 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits
Required Skills and Abilities
– Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
