Assistant/Associate Professor, Computer Science

Responsibilities
: The position involves teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students, assisting with recruitment, supervising student research, performing original research and publishing commensurate with the candidates level, and service to the university and profession. A standard teaching load is 12 semester credit hours, with the possibility of up to a 3-hour reduction for administration or graduate teaching. Teaching may involve evening, summer and online courses, as needed.
Requirements
: Requires earned Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; for example, CS, CIS, CE, CSE, with preference. Preference given to those with a degree from an accredited US institution. ABD considered at time of application with PhD required by August 2025. Preference may be given to those with experience in software development, systems (architecture, OS, Networks), Al or cybersecurity.
