FYI to applicants: The majority of this position consists of local referral marketing and relationship building. Social media and digital marketing is a very small part of this position.
We are looking for a high character, motivated person to help grow our brand and take it to the next level. This is a rewarding, meaningful job with a great work culture. You will be working independently most of the time and under the guidance of our owner.

This position has the ability for advancement, promotion, growth. Pay is hourly commission.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain and strengthen our relationships with referral partners and community organizations
– Source and build relationships with new referral partners in the community
– Own communication with partners, both in-person and via phone/email
– Be responsible for new referral leads and/or revenue growth
– Lead out on all community outreach, including participation and/or organization of events
– Assist in other sales or marketing related tasks as needed
– Small event coordination and execution
– Occasional design of digital marketing products via Canva
Qualifications:
– Very strong people skills; able to carry yourself confidently in new and uncomfortable situations
– Self-driven and self-disciplined, determined to drive results without needing to be micromanaged
– Passion for serving others and making friends
– Highly organized
– Proficient with technology such as: Computers and Google products like Google Drive, Google Sheets, Email, Phone, etc
– Travel in company vehicle to local referral partners

– This position offers a flexible schedule. Days and times are open for discussion, but must fall within Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
