We have a great opportunity working with a Biotech company that focuses on regenerative medicine! If you are highly organized with a keen eye for detail, our Laboratory Cell Coordinator position is the right job for you!

Pay: $55k-$60k (Depending on experience)

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p (onsite)

Laboratory Cell Coordinator Responsibilities:

Assist clients with coordination of lab work and tissue extraction for purpose of stem cell banking.

Coordinate new client qualifying blood work and tissue extractions.

Prepare and send extraction kits and contents to extraction sites in advance of client appointments.

Manage inventory of extraction kits internally and with external partner sites.

Manage (receive, upload and track) required client information for client files

Prepare weekly overview and therapy schedules for all administration sites

Prepare and send client daily itineraries/pre-therapy instructions for upcoming appointments

Laboratory Cell Coordinator Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Health Sciences) preferred.

2 years of work experience in the medical field; biotech experience preferred.

Experience with Salesforce or CRM preferred.
