– The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing multiple large and complex projects in collaboration with project team members and cross departmental stakeholders.
– Previous experience in a healthcare plan environment is expected. The PM will be accountable for delivering project solutions within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, utilizing project management standards.
– Responsibilities also include providing project management leadership, establishing and maintaining effective project management tools and practices for various types of projects, such as operational, strategic, integration, or transformation projects.
– The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions as part of a cohesive team is crucial.

– Minimum of 3 years in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
– Strong leadership skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional teams preferred.
– Strong communication (written/verbal) skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly with executives.
– Must be able to operate in a team focused environment

– Strong background in analyzing data.
– Strong background in population health.
– Experience working in Medicaid (MCO).
– Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience.
